Project Manager San Antonio, TX Our client, one of the regions leading integrators with physical security solutions in access control, intrusion control, video surveillance and critical communications, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of success to join their team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling as well as resource planning and management from project initiation to final client sign-off. Your ability to continually convey clear client expectations and to organize and prioritize project efforts will be an integral key to the success in this role. Responsibilities Complete involvement in the full life-cycle of projects, including but not limited to project kick-off, scheduling, resources planning, contingency planning, weekly internal and external updates, project close and client sign-off Determine allocation of resources for projects, ensuring that all initiatives are brought in on budget and with high client satisfaction Create and execute project work plans and make revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Ensure that project documentation is current, accurate and complete Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Mitigate risk on projects through effective contingency planning Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution Requirements 7+ years experience in a Technical Project Management role, ideally within the security industry University degree in a business or technical related field PMI Certification is a major asset Strong background in technology, with a thorough understanding of the security industry Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects with varying scopes Results driven with customer satisfaction always top of mind Self-disciplined with a high degree of independence and flexibility Exceptional multi-tasking skills, with the ability to delegate appropriate tasks for closure Excellent communication, analytical, leadership and problem solving skills To apply, please submit your resume, including salary requirements, in MS Word or PDF format to 53101@resumereviewteam.com.
