This position is located in San Antonio, TX and will require you to be out of the office a lot but less than 10% overnight travel throughout the state of Texas. Responsibilities • Provide IT service, maintenance and repair training of complex database-driven software and hardware implementations for stakeholders at our clients • Configuration of client-side new or pre-existing technology systems • Serve as an experienced resource for clients, interacting with high level IT Directors on a respectful level • Solve network and database driven configuration challenges • Provide consistent service that is right the very first time, every time • Develop trusting relationships with clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction • Utilize your expertise to “train the trainer” Requirements • 3+ years experience in a Systems Engineer, Systems Admin or Technology Administrator role (or related area of focus) • Prior experience working in an independent capacity, with the ability to tackle challenges with autonomy • Prior military or professional experience performing cabling, networking, security functions • Working knowledge of databases, such as Access • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees and clients at all levels of the organization To apply, please submit your resume, including salary requirements, in MS Word or PDF format to 53102@resumereviewteam.com.
